Relation of Psychology with Health and Happiness

Most of the human activities of human life focus on keeping ourselves healthy and happy. Here one thing is necessary to think that there are many education domains which make us able to continue our livelihood. But psychology is such a unique and most needed faculty which help us to control all internal and external activities.

Logically we can say that by different activities, we want to enrich our lives both internally and externally. Enriching ourselves externally keeps us very busy and also needs more efforts and sometimes we create situations of dilemma in our own lives. Enriching ourselves internally places us balanced on all surfaces like physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.

In present scenario, whatever we are learning and teaching in psychology is not very old as this knowledge is only hundred or more years old and it is defined and modified by with the help of limited knowledge. In reality the roots of Psychology is very deep and combined with human existence. Specially in present Indian scenario, the deep knowledge of psychology is needed as most of us are in conscious communication with all except ourselves. By constantly practicing this, we are keeping ourselves aloof from ourselves.

Recent data of Global Happiness Index shows that India is on 122th position among the 155 countries of the world and the study shows clearly that happiness does not have a direct relation with wealth. Wealth is needed more to enrich ourselves externally and superficially however keeping ourselves rooted in basic human nature enriches us internally as well as on soul level. Enriching ourselves internally creates a balance in our as well as other's lives and we start to enjoy our lives by making a platform of helping hand for distressed people, living life according to positive core human values of life, kindness, honesty, well-being and happy life. The only need is start to improve our behaviours by taking consideration of the deep knowledge of the science of human behaviour--Psychology.
