Psychosomatic

In general, Hindi word Manodaihik is considered as the Hindi meaning of English word Psychosomatic but if we focus on this meaning completely then we will find that we are not 100 percent correct. If you think about the etymological meaning of Manodaihik then we will find that it is a combination of Mano and Daihik. As a normal practice, if the modern medical system remains unable to trace the root causes of  diseases in spite of lots of efforts then the disease is named as Manodaihik. As an example, we face many patients who complains about the pains in several areas of the body. Sometimes he says that the pain is in head and sometimes the same pain goes to the feet.
In order to understand the word Manodaihik, we will have to understand the concept of mind, brain and body as separate entities. Human mind is without any form and definition. In spite of amazing advancements, we remain unable to understand to define mind and its complex activities. If we want to understand these topics then we will have to study it in a detailed way.

With the help of spirituality and philosophy, we can understand our Manas in a detailed way. For example, what is the relation between "Spirituality" and "Character". Here we can say that if our life motto is clear and powerful and we are strong with by character then we can think about our spiritual growth but there is certainly a question mark on the concept that spiritual growth is not necessarily related with our character building. Likewise our mental activities impact our personality and in the same way external physical problems also impacts the activities of mind. Just think in this way that if you have to face any unprecedented mental pain then there is certainly a projection of this mental pain in our physical body. In the same way, any unexpected physical problem also shatters the activities of mind. Let us see with the help of an example, if our legs got fractured during any accident then such situation will certainly impact the activities of mind as with damaged legs our dependency on others got increased and it creates a sense of inferiority complex in ourselves.

We try to understand the concept of activities of mind in a limited way likewise we also try to understand the concept of Daihik and Deh in a limited way. In reality, the meanings of these two are very vast. The meaning of word "Deh" is not only limited to our physical body but in reality its meaning is very broad. Mind and body both are very dynamic and always try to be in a rhythm. If the activities and natural state of mind got interrupted or disturbed then certainly the problems in our physical body also got increased and the physical problems of the body also impact the state of mind. In reality, mind and body both are invisible but these two are always in an interactive way. There are no certain definitions of all these two but the activities of these two can be increased with the aid of spiritualism, character, life motto and positive mental attitude.

We cannot describe "mind" and "body" with bundle of words but these two can be experienced with our own life values. Just naming all the untraceable causes of diseases as psychosomatic will not solve our problems. If we want to understand the term "Psychosomatic" in a detailed way, we will have to understand the interrelation between mind and body.
