These are the bright and charming side of a happy and meaningful life. But we cannot expect  live always a smooth and even life. We all are destined to face problems, worries  and fears; we all have our setbacks, our sorrows and misfortunes. They are part of the substance of living, and none of us can escape them.
But nowadays what is happening that day-by-day we are becoming accustomed to get rid of our setbacks and frustrations with the handy and easy tool of mobile and internet. We always try to find out some solace and sense of relief by engaging our wandering mind in the most pleasing and transient happiness given by screentime activities.
We do not think that these online activities cannot give us the strength to accept the trials of life and rise superior to them. It will only lead us towards the downward spiral of unnecessary activities which will only clutter our mind with negativity. In such circumstances, we have almost forgotten that the great thing about life is that as long as we live we have the privilege of growing. We can learn new skills, engage in new kinds of work, devote ourselves to new causes, make new friends, if only we will exercise a little initiative and refuse to become involved in the unnecessary activities which will only lead us towards destruction not creation.
